Fitness is her passion because, as she claims, fitness and exercise saved her life. Although she has ended up her career as a professional bikini fitness athlete, sport is still being present in her life. A beautiful and inspiring Slovak girl Olívia Pohanková chose the June outfit of the month for you.


The black-red combination suits you a lot for sure . Was the color combination the reason for choosing this month's outfit?

At the moment, design and quality have moved to such level that I love every single NEBBIA product. But with the arrival of new women's pieces I just had to choose this combination :) I have almost everything from Nebbia, but I have to admit that these red one tone pattern leggings designed by Stanka are really a bomb. I wear them very often because they are even more comfortable and pleasant to wear than other Nebbia leggings. And the fact that they fit perfectly I do not need to mention, it is a sure thing about Nebbia :)

The Rib Cut Out Top beautifully complements One tone pattern leggings, fits great and it is a must-have piece for the gym!

When you were doing bikini fitness, what sport moment was the best for you?

Being on stage with Arnold Schwarzenegger was certainly a unique situation full of emotion and satisfaction.

What is your favorite "cheat meal"?

It depends, but since I'm not eating much meat at the moment, I'm happy about fried cheese with fries or something sweet. For example, slovak traditional biscuit Horalka.

How do you like to relax?

Few people know that I like drawing very much and I like to do all kinds of manual work like knitting or crocheting. It's a super anti-stress activity.

You are very well-known and many women look up to you because of your opinions and sincerity. What do women on instagram often ask you?

So often women ask me what I eat and they think if they repeat it, they will also be leaner. But that doesn't work. It's all about calories. About their income and outcome. And so it is easy mathematics. If you get a lot of it, you will probably gain weight. If you eat less, you'll probably lose weight. Of course, there are exceptions. Sometimes we see people who are lean and consume a bunch of food, then they probably have faster metabolism than usual people or a man who has a huge expense of calories. For example, a PRO athlete who has 2-3 hard training sessions a day and then a more bulky person who has a problem. Medical or even in his head. Those who eat a little, but they gain anyway. We have to realize that each one of us is truly unique and what is good for me dont have to be good for you and vice versa.

What would you refer to girls who have doubts about themselves?

Breathe, none of us is perfect. With mistakes we are, we are all originals. You don't have to be the most beautiful at all, you don't have to be the best, the strongest, the fastest, the coolest, the poorest, or the one with the hottest ass (even though some round ass might be a god thing) ... I myself experience periods when I don't feel good in my skin, but that's okay . Be yourself and do things the way you feel. Don't care what others say. Be the queen of your own days...
