Is it still possible to order products from you?

Yes, of course! We are still accepting and dispatching orders. We have taken several precautionary measures,

as health is the most important for us. We make sure we work safely and still deliver your package to you.

  

When will I receive my order?

Our goal is to ship orders as soon as possible - within 24 hours of ordering. In the current situation, the delivery time may be slightly longer,

we are very grateful for your patience.

 

Can I pay the courier with a card?

Sure. In order to protect couriers and you and to eliminate contact with cash, we would be glad if you use the card payment

with every purchase.

 

I have placed an order, but I need to make a change (address, details, etc.), where do I turn?

If you need help, write to Deniska at support@nebbia.biz, she will be happy to help. We understand that many of us stayed home suddenly,

or left someplace to be alone. And we fully support it. That is why, if possible, we will try to assist you with your order or redirect your package

wherever you want.

 

I need to exchange/return goods, is it possible?

Of course. Since we care very much about you, we do not want you to unnecessarily expose yourself to the risk of going to the post office

so WE HAVE EXTENDED THE PERIOD FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE OF GOODS FOR 90 DAYS (from standard 30 days).

How did the COVID-19 affect the NEBBIA team and the company’s business?

 

At the moment, we try to pay attention to the health of our team members and our families, because this is a priority for us.

We are aware of the social responsibility we have and we do everything we can to prevent the virus from spreading.

Therefore, as of March 13, our entire headquarters has been working from home. It's a big challenge, but we can overcome it together.

Do not be afraid to contact us at any time, we are always available to you :)

 

This has not had any impact on our production network yet. Our employees work under very strict safety conditions.

The same applies to our logistics center. Every day we follow the development of the ongoing situation and try to respond flexibly.

 

We also never forget our fans! We want to encourage people to think positively despite the difficult situation in which we all find ourselves,

and to motivate each other to exercise at home and to be responsible. We will be excited if you stay in touch via social media,

be inspired by our home workout videos, or share your tips on how to wait out the next days at home and stay fit :)
