• Are the goods in the shopping cart reserved?

  The goods in the cart are not reserved, so hurry up to complete the order so the things you like are not sold out 😊.

• Can I replace or return goods?

  Of course! Great news: we’ve extended the standard return and exchange period, so you can exchange or return your purchased items until January 31, 2025! No need to worry about buying surprises for under the Christmas tree 😊.

• Can I use another discount for my purchase?

  Discounts cannot be combined with each other.

• Who should I contact if I have any problem with my order?

  Write us to support@nebbia.biz, message us on facebook or call us +421 907 742 148. In order for us to resolve your request as quickly as possible, please contact us only through one of the channels above 😊.

• I placed few orders, could you merge them and send in one package?

  We are sorry but this is not possible. Cause of huge amount of sale orders, they will be sent in the order we received them to our system. If you order multiple products in multiple orders, they will be delivered separately one by one.

• I can't sign in to my account, what should I do now?

  Login is the login name you chose when you set up your account, not your email address (unless you specified your email as your login). Reset your password and still can't sign in? Contact us at support@nebbia.biz.

• I buy from you for the first time, what size will be good for me?

• When do I get the goods?

  Due to the ongoing Black Friday, it may be possible to extend the shipping time for your packages, so please be patient. We will send you information about sending your order in time 😊.
