Asian Buckwheat Noodles with Chicken in Peanut Sauce

- 680 g chicken breast
- 40 ml soy sauce
- 40 g honey
- 80 g peanut butter
- 40 ml coconut milk
- 240 g buckwheat noodles
- chilli peppers to taste
- ginger to taste
- salt, olive oil
- blended peanuts
- spring onions
- chilli to taste
Chicken with sauce:
1. Wash the meat, dice, salt and put it in a bowl. Add grated ginger, soy sauce and mix well.
2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the prepared mixture.
3. Add the coconut milk, the rest of the ginger, a pinch of chilli and mix everything thoroughly.
4. Finally, add the peanut butter and honey.
Cook the noodles in salted boiling water.
