Here’s a simple way to pick the right ones without overcomplicating it:

1. Match the band type to your workouts

• Loop bands (mini bands): Great for glutes, hips, and lower-body activation
• Long loop bands: Best for full-body training, pull-ups, and stretching
• Tube bands with handles: Good for beginner-friendly strength workouts (similar to dumbbells)
• Therapy bands (flat): Ideal for rehab, mobility, or very light resistance

2. Choose the right resistance level

• Light: Beginners, rehab, warm-ups
• Medium: General fitness, upper body exercises
• Heavy: Lower body (squats, deadlifts), stronger users
