Can I replace or return goods?

Non-registered customers have the standard 30 days for exchange/returns. However, we understand that you are already searching

for Christmas presents for your loved ones, so we proloned the exchange and return of goods for our registered customers until January 31, 2023!

I placed few orders, could you merge them and send in one package? We are sorry but this is not possible. Cause of huge amount of sale orders,

they will be sent in the order we received them to our system. If you order multiple products in multiple orders, they will be delivered separately one by one.
