RETURN OF GOODS

If the goods you ordered are too big, too small or the cut simply does not fit you - no problem! You can return it or we will be happy to exchange it.

The goods must not be worn or washed. Fill out the simple form below and send the product with the invoice or a copy of the invoice to the following address:

In the package, do not forget to attach the invoice or a copy of the invoice + a description of the product you need to exchange (required product name according to the e-shop, color and size) and the sender's contact information (contact details, phone number and email address).

The sender must be the person for whom the order was created. Exchange of goods is possible within 30 days from receipt of the package.

The processing time for exchanging goods for a different size is within 30 days.

We do not cover shipping costs.

In case you send us damaged or soiled goods, we reserve the right to refuse the shipment and the goods will be sent back to you at the recipient's expense, we also reserve the right not to accept the bottom part of the swimsuit, underwear and the entire swimsuit for exchange.
