Protein puddings
have taken over our supermarkets. You can get the classic flavours like vanilla
and chocolate, but Ehrmann offers hazelnut, caramel, or Colombian coffee
flavour. In our recipe, we’ve used the vanilla kind. However, you can try
whichever flavour you like and share your creation with us on Instagram tagging @nebbia_fitness.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of cream
cheese - 1 banana
- 30 g of oats
- 5 g of cocoa
powder - 1 tsp. of baking
powder - Ehrmann High
Protein Pudding
Instructions:
Using a blender
mix the eggs, a banana, cream cheese, cocoa powder, oats, and baking powder.
Spread the batter evenly on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment
paper and bake at 200°C for about 8-9 minutes. Keep checking on it to prevent
burning.
After it’s
properly baked, leave outside for few minutes to cool, afterwards spread the
pudding evenly. Roll the cake
and let it sit in the fridge for few hours.
You can garnish
it with fruit or sirup, cocoa powder or cinnamon and your strudel is ready to
be served and enjoyed.
