Renča is the first person most newcomers meet, and right from the start they get a healthy dose of her charming Orava accent and personality. She’s our talent scout, someone who can tell whether a person will fit into the team before they even realize they’re in a job interview. She knows how to create a welcoming atmosphere, offer support, give advice, and at the same time keep track of half the things we all assume “just happen on their own.”

She brings calm, warmth, and exactly the kind of humor we need to survive the busy days. And whenever she says, “Because, we are NEBBIA,” everyone knows that Renča is our very own in-house generator of company culture and identity. 💛😊✨

Mirka is the kind of person who, by 5 a.m., has already accomplished more than most of us manage in an entire day. While the rest of the company is still hitting snooze on the first alarm, she has already closed reports, checked invoices, and made at least one strategic decision. She is incredibly reliable and keeps the company’s financial health firmly under control.

A hard worker through and through, she’s the type of person accounting spreadsheets would carry on their shoulders—if spreadsheets had shoulders. By the time the rest of us are making our first coffee, Mirka is already wrapping up a productive morning and casually describing it as “a pretty calm start to the week.” ☕📊✨

Janka is our customers’ guardian angel – and sometimes ours, too. She’s the first line of defense in a place where “it can’t be done” simply doesn’t exist. She tackles every challenge with patience, answers with kindness, and handles even the toughest situations with remarkable calm.

She doesn’t eat, drink, or sleep… or at least that’s how it seems. Thanks to Janka, we have a support team that never breaks down, no matter what comes its way. 💛✨📩

Juraj is our Head of B2B and the kind of person who can turn a customer, a partner, and a spreadsheet into a strategic plan before he finishes his coffee. Sales runs through his veins. He knows how to read both people and numbers, and when he starts talking about partners, forecasts, and rollouts, it feels like watching a chess player who can already see five moves ahead. He’s direct, energetic, and has a remarkable ability to push things forward while others are still looking for the right contact person. Under his leadership, B2B is not just about orders – it’s about relationships, strategy, and making sure partners sell not only products, but the entire NEBBIA brand. 💼♟️🚀

Feri is the kind of person who somehow appears wherever something stops working, even when it technically has nothing to do with him. When a system, network, server, app, printer, Wi-Fi, reality, or common sense fails – everyone calls Feri. He’s analytical, fast, and has a unique ability to turn chaos into a clear and understandable process. At the same time, he somehow still manages to keep an eye on data, processes, automations, and all those things that sound incredibly boring but actually save the company every single day. 💻⚙️🚀

Nursah may be understated at first glance, but she is absolutely impossible to overlook. Though she may be small in stature, she commands more respect than an entire IT department combined. She has impeccable taste, an eye for detail, and the ability to turn an idea into art. She works patiently, methodically, and above all, with passion.

Nursah creates designs with such precision and attention to detail that they could easily compete with the world’s top fashion brands—just with less noise and even more perfection. And when she gets upset, one look is usually enough… suddenly even the fabric starts behaving itself. 🎨✂️🖤

Batuhan is our second Turkish designer, a man with creativity in his hands, vision in his mind, and just a slight hint of a mafia boss in his heart. One look from him is usually enough for suppliers to understand that this time, those seams really should be sewn straight. He has style, a distinctive taste, and the courage to speak up when something simply isn’t working. Together with Nursah, he creates designs that could easily walk the runways of the world’s biggest fashion shows. Batuhan is simply a force of nature. Creative… and just a little intimidating. 🎨🔥🕶️

Jakub is a quiet force—one that doesn’t just shape the shores, but also builds a strategy, a campaign, and a process on top of them. He worked his way up from a specialist role to a leadership position, which is no small achievement. He has a structured mind, a clear vision, and when he starts speaking in marketing terminology, even Gemini has to look things up.

At the same time, he’s calm, fair, and knows how to lead a team in a way that keeps things moving forward. Even if we sometimes suspect he’s speaking an entirely different language. 📈🧠🎯

Ema is the driving force behind our social media and the kind of person who can turn an ordinary photo into a small online miracle. Positive comments are basically her vitamins, so if you want to make our day, leave a kind word—it will make Ema especially happy. She has a great eye for visuals, style, and can put together an outfit so well that you’ll look like an influencer before lunch.

It may not be obvious in the photo, but if she keeps growing at the same pace, we’ll soon have to install two-meter-high door frames just for her. Most importantly, her creativity is one of the things that keeps our online world alive and thriving. 📱🎨✨

Vanesa has her phone in hand before she even opens her eyes. She’s the kind of person who can coordinate three influencers at once, manage campaigns, and laugh so loudly while doing it that you can hear her from four buildings away. Fast, energetic, and incredibly persuasive, she has a talent for turning people into collaborators—even when they had no intention of saying yes in the first place.

She keeps up the pace when everyone else is running out of steam and brings a level of energy that’s impossible to ignore. Vanesa is a force of nature, the kind of person who gives marketing its rhythm and keeps it moving forward. 📱⚡😄

Tobiáš is our guy from Eastern Slovakia, with enough strength to carry an entire warehouse—including the shelves. When he slams a door, we nearly lose our hair from the shock, so we decided to solve the problem preventively… by removing the doors. He has endless energy, a great sense of humor, and the kind of heart that pushes him to give everything 100%.

Creative, hardworking, and never afraid to jump into action, he approaches events as if they were an Olympic sport. Without him, marketing would lose a lot of its spark. And definitely most of its sound effects. 💪🔥🎤
