IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE? HOW?
Need a different size? Don’t waste time, make a new order with a size that will fit you, and send the goods that did not fit you back within 60 days. The money for the returned goods will be credited to your account.
Please fill the form and send us those products with an invoice also with the note how would you like to receive your money back and afterwards please contact support@nebbia.biz and our college will happily guide you through the whole process.
The item should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in its original condition.
The duration of the process could last up to 30 days.
In case you will return your items damaged or used we reserve the right to reject the shipment and the items will be sent back at your expenses.

If a product you have ordered is not right for you or you are not pleased with it, you can return it within 60 days without providing a reason.

For hygiene and safety reasons, please note that all swimwear and underwear are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We appreciate your understanding that these items, once purchased, are not eligible for return due to their intimate nature.
Please note that all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you return an item, only the cost of the product will be reimbursed—postage charges will not be included in your refund.
