HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Standard shipping time within the EU is 5-10 business days.

For orders to the USA, Canada and other countries outside the EU, including islands, we only ship orders via DHL Express and the delivery time is 1-3 days after the shipment is handed over to the shipping company.

For orders to Russia, we use Slovak Post and the delivery time is 12-21 days.

• Rest of the world – 250€

GLS:

• Slovakia – 60€
• Czech Republic – 1500 CZK
• Poland – 260 PLN
• Germany – 100€
• Italy – 100€

*Orders outside the EU may be subject to additional customs fees, which are paid by the customer. If the shipment is refused due to customs fees, shipping costs are not refundable.

As soon as we ship your order delivery times are approximately 1-3 business days from providing parcel to the delivery company

In case there is any issue with the delivery, we contact the customer by phone or by email, to resolve it.

We ship your order only after we receive the payment for your order.
