If the goods you ordered are too big, small or the cut does not fit you – nothing happens! You can return them or we will be happy to exchange them for you. The goods must not be worn or washed.

Please do not forget to enclose the invoice or a copy of the invoice + a description of the product you need to exchange (required product name according to the e-shop, color and size) and the sender’s contact information (contact details, phone number and email address).
The sender must be the person for whom the order was created. Exchange of goods is possible within 30 days of receiving the package.
The processing time for exchanging goods for a different size is within 30 days.
We do not cover shipping costs.
In the event that you send us damaged or soiled goods, we reserve the right to refuse the shipment and the goods will then be sent back to you at the recipient’s expense. We also reserve the right not to accept the bottom part of the swimsuit, underwear and entire swimsuits for exchange.
